Our Project Management contracts range tremendously, from a relatively "simple", basic office refurbishment to a multi million (value) 165 item access equipment project for a major blue chip company.
Often being tasked with assisting or taking on a project that a client simply does not have the resources to commit to will be our usual scenario. Having to "take the bull by the horns" and make things happen is usually what clients love about us. The "can do, will do" attitude is often what's needed to reign projects back to schedule.
From access, to health and safety, automated production lines to factory refurb projects and everything in between are all the "norm" from our existing clients. Subcon5 Ltd can also now offer triple SSSTS (Site Supervision Safety Training Scheme) and SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) to clients.

Hands on skills
Completing an old school EITB Approved (Engineering Industry Training Board), City and Guilds; 5 year apprenticeship manufacturing equipment, containment vessels and machinery for the nuclear, medical and defence industries; has given me a technical adaptability and appreciation to move into other areas in my career. FMCG, Automotive, Water, Construction and Civils. Further honing my ground roots engineering skills in these sectors gives me greater understanding in respect of the problems that occur in manufacturing.
